Very helpful staff allowed us to store bags. Breakfast had tasty homemade bread.

Front desk staff, depending on the person who attended us, were helpful. Micaela was professional. The others were gruff, and even slightly rude.
The bedroom had an offensive odor. We had to open the window to breathe, which opened to street level. The ac unit didnt cool the room at all. We slept poorly as a result. The breakfast was all processed food. Out of the 15 hotels we have stayed at on our honeymoon so far, this was the worst by far. It was very overpriced.

Brand-new and neat room, with a small refrigerator, a wonderful large balcony and free wireless internet. Splendid view of the sea from the window. Location really close to the harbour, beaches and shop and the ferries to La Maddalena. Nice pool, parking on site.

Fantastic Views and Friendly Staff
Waking up to lovely sea views was a highlight of my stay. Each morning, the breakfast spread was good, with homemade pastries and fresh local ingredients. The staff's hospitality.
I found the absence of potable water in the room quite inconvenient-it's worth noting that this wasn't clearly explained at check-in. The mattress felt worn out.

More fun than I expected!
The location is a gem-just a five-minute stroll to the port and dining options. The breakfast offers a good mix of cold cuts, cereals, and fresh pastries. My spacious room, while a bit dated, was spotlessly clean and perfect. Friendly staff.

The hotel is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful waters around, including fun activities like snorkeling and scuba diving. Our family enjoyed the spacious accommodation with fine sea views and a awesome breakfast with homemade delights that were irresistible.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more family-friendly access to rooms on the hillside.

Great view from 3rd floor. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast quite good for the price.
Refrigerator was not very effective, probably because it was enclosed, they always fail! WiFi was impossible to connect to in the room, I good only get an intermittent and difficult connection in the reception area, and then it was a different name (PICCADA I think it was) to the WiFi in the room - very confusing!

A commendable fit for strolling around in Palau with very good value for money. The shower had great pressure, making mornings refreshing. Try to get a room away from any noise if you're a light sleeper.

Very easy to find (good signs on the road), good location, staff was especially nice, good breakfast.
Broken shower cabin door, to get to the room we had to take the lift, go outside, go inside and take stares down... ;)
